British Motor Museum - Gaydon - The world's largest collection of historic British cars, The Collections Centre has around 250 cars from the reserve collections of the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust and the Jaguar Heritage Trust, Time Road, Under the Skin’ interactive zone, optional tour of the Museum - full disabled access and family friendly facilities, baby changing facilities. We have lifts to all levels, portable induction loops and wheelchairs available on request, there is a "Changing Places" accessible toiletchanging-places-icon


Compton Verney - an independent national art gallery and ‘Capability’ Brown landscaped park, nine miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, with Chinese galleries contain one of the top three Chinese art collections in Europe, it also has the largest collection of British folk art in the UK, British Portraits collection and more, with Art in The Park and ‘Capability’ Brown Landscape - "The Welcome Centre is fully accessible with level flooring throughout, automatic doors, disabled toilets, a low level counter for admission tickets and hearing loops" the park has a wheelchair and pushchair friendly route, galleryis fully accessible with a lift to all floors


Coventry Music Museum - small museum with activities to interest younger visitors, and a studio in which visitors can try their hand (and ears) at composing and music-making, café, shop - Wheelchair access to the museum is by stair climber only, the cafe and shop are wheelchair accessible, accessible toilet


Coventry Transport Museum - 12 stunning new galleries, from the very first bicycles to world record-breaking cars, 300 cycles, 120 motorcycles and 250 cars and commercial vehicles and over a million archive and ephemera items, 4D Land Speed Record Simulator, tours available, cafe, shop - wheelchair access suitable for unaccompanied wheelchair users to most parts of the Museum, lift access is provided to both floors, wheelchairs available, accessible toilets, baby changing facilities. (The nearest Changing Places facility is at Central Library, which is approximately ¼ mile away)


Hatton Adventure World - activities, animals, indoor play area, shows, outdoor laser combat, sheep, pigs and goats, guinea pigs, Scales and Tails interactive area, fun fair rides, for families with children up to the age of 12 - All the paths around the shops are concreted and most shops have portable ramps, wheelchair for loan, electric scooters for hire


Herbert Art Gallery & Museum - Coventry - extensive and wide ranging collections in Visual Arts, Social and Industrial History, Archaeology and Natural History, contain hundreds of thousands of items ranging from tiny insects to large industrial machinery like a jacquard loom, and from everyday household objects to fine paintings by important artists, cafe, shop - Reception areas are equipped with induction loops, lift access to all floors, accessible toilets, baby changing facilities


The MAD Museum - Stratford upon Avon - "multi-sensory and hands-on...Interact with eccentric artworks, contraptions and machines, build marble runs on our giant MAD Marbles wall" - lift to access the museum which is on one floor with no ramps or steps (some flashing and/or moving lights)


Market Hall Museum - Warwick - a 17th Century building "displays on the geology, natural history and early history of the county. Highlights include the Sheldon Tapestry Map of Warwickshire, the second largest early Roman coin hoard in the country" - Unfortunately we have no accessibility information for this site


Midland Air Museum - Incorporating The Sir Frank Whittle Jet Heritage Centre - adjacent to Coventry Airport - a unique aeronautical collection with a number of aircraft on site, cafe, shop - Main hanger, reception, cafe and shop area are all accessible. There is a mezzanine level within the hangar which is not currently wheelchair-accessible and there is no wheelchair access to any aircraft interior


Roman Alcester - exhibition interpreting and displaying objects from Alcester's Roman past between the 1st and 4th centuries AD, craft sessions, activities - The museum is fully accessible


Royal Shakespeare Company - Stratford-upon-Avon - Royal Shakespeare and Swan Theatres, enjoy a performance, explore the buildings, take a guided tour, exhibitions, family trail, Theatre Tower, restaurant - lift to the first floor exhibition. Large print information will be available and video content will be subtitled, audio enhancement available on Theatre Tours, Theatre stalls for people who are partially sighted or hard of hearing, accessible toilets


Rugby Art Gallery and Museum - Art exhibitions of contemporary and modern art, Archaeology Collection, Social History Collection - Unfortunately we have no accessibility information for this site


St John’s House Museum - Housed in a Jacobean mansion, Galleries include a Victorian Kitchen, Schoolroom, displays on childhood, toys and games, costume and an under 5s discovery room, formal gardens. On the first floor of the house is The Royal Warwickshire Regiment of Fusiliers - "Wheelchair access to ground floor. Unfortunately we do not have a lift to the Regimental Museum on the first floor, but visitors can get a taste of those galleries through our Virtual Tour facility. BSL signing is available by arrangement for events", accessible toilet and baby changing facilities


Warwick Castle - more than 1,100 years of history, magic, myth and adventure, Interactive attractions and walk-through adventures, Battlements, towers, turrets, awesome interiors, Castle Dungeon dates back to 1345, 50 minute walkthrough experience brings together live actors, shows and spectacular special effects, birds of prey show, castle grounds, shows, activities, restaurants, shops - "We recommend downloading a copy of the Accessibility leaflet (here) - a mediaeval fortress and as such has a number of steps, narrow passageways and low doorways which can present a challenge to guests with reduced mobility, there is a "Changing Places" accessible toiletchanging-places-icon


The Wave Water Park and Mana Spa (CV Life) New Union St, Coventry - 6 water slides, wave pool, a splash pad in the waterpark with jets and mini slides, café and Mana Spa that offers relaxing treatments, spa pool and fitness suite - All of staff are trained in disability awareness, a winding ramp allows access all the way to the Lazy River and Wave Pool. There are Disabled toilets, Family / baby changing, Disabled pool lift, hoist or pod and Large directional signs
